Shimmer : A Superhero Fantasy

Greetings, one and all, and welcome to our brand new site!

For those who might remember, Shimmer was once published online through another domain but has since mysteriously and without much explanation been forced to move on. (Don’t ask.) But thanks to some brilliant, brilliant people we have a new home and we’re here to stay for a good long while!

Much is planned for our new domain. Obviously we’re going to be seeing a lot of the title serial featuring Kaira Cade/Glimmer Girl and the dramas that propel her story, but we also have others which are going to be featured as time goes on. I could give you a list but that would be a tease, which wouldn’t be fair if I couldn’t keep up. So all I can say for now is… wait and see. *wink*

Though before we get underway I want to quickly thank everyone who helped kick my butt into gear. To my generous host, the people who helped a n00b like me install WordPress, the people who followed my twitter and messaged me/emailed me demanding to know when the story was coming back, thank you. For you guys I keep on writing.

(In other words I do it for the attention… mostly. Heh. Remember, kids! Comments keep artists inspired, so do it frequently!)

For the time being I’m going to be working on getting the pages, archives and widgets together, but stories will start sometime next week. Shimmer at least I can guarantee to start next Friday, the 30th of April and to come out weekly after that. There’s a fair bit of material lined up, so don’t expect any immediate delays.

Think you can wait that long? Yeah, neither can I.
